Operation:

• Power on/off:Press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds to turn the device on or off.
• Temperature selection:Pressing the button once switches between the four temperature settings.
• Start session:Double click the button to start the heating cycle; the device will vibrate and the LED will light up when the desired temperature is reached.
• Boost mode:During a session, double-click again to extend the heating time by 15 seconds and increase the temperature by 18°F.
• Check battery level:Triple click indicates the current battery level: Green (full), Orange (half), Red (low).
